Maintenance Technician

M4 Workforce Solutions is now partnering with an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of plastic rigid containers, which is located in Jackson Center, Ohioclose to Wapakoneta and Bellefontaine. Our client supports manufacturing operations throughout the United States, South America and Europe.
2 skilled technicians needed: One for 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12am,) the other for C shift (12 hour nights: 7pm-7am). All of our other technical support team members are Salaried Nonexempt.
DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Maintain, repair, replace electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
o Installation of production equipment.
o Test production equipment for operational ability.
o Adjusts equipment as authorized by supervision to center-lining process.
o Perform scheduled maintenance.
o Maintain accurate maintenance records.
o Responsible for adhering to BOS and SAP standards and activities.
o Knowledge of and focus on site's quality, reliability, scrap and safety goals.
o Programming of vision systems and leak detectors.
o Some programming of plc's when needed.
o Carry out preventive maintenance responsibilities.
o Operate in safe manner observing all site safety policies and procedures.
o Follows and enforces all company and local work rules, safety rules and policies, BOS work instructions and SAP standards and activities.
o Other job-related duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or B.S. degree in related field or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents, operating and maintenance manuals, procedure manuals as demonstrated by pre-hire or pre-promotion screening, interview process or other designated methods.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
